Ingredients:
skinless white bread
pasteurization milk
agar-agar powder
instant jelly
salt and sugar

Directions:
Blended the white bread with milk
cook in middle hear
add the agar-agar powder, instant jelly, salt and sugar
Add the cocoa powder
mixed them all
add the cutting cocoa block
add egg yolk
mixed them all

Mixed vegetables and smoked chicken breast


Ingredients:
Garlic, fine slicing
Smoked chicken breast, cut into squares
Frozen Mixed vegetables
Salt, pepper and sugar
Mineral water
celery

Directions:
Stir fry garlic
Add the smoked chicken breast
Add the frozen mixed vegetables
Add some salt, pepper and sugar
Pour a little bit mineral water, cook the vegetables until it cooked
Add some slicing celery

Smoked beef and cheese macaroni


Ingredients:
Margarine
Big onion, fine slicing
Wheat flour
Milk
Macaroni elbow
Smoked beef or burger beef
Salt, pepper
cheese
sambal sauce and mayonaise

Directions:
Stir fry big onion until it smelled
add the wheat flour and milk
mixed them all
add the macaroni elbow and smoked beef
add some salt, pepper powder
add the cheese
mixed them all
serve with sambal sauce and mayonaise

Hot Campignon spagetty


Ingredients:
Spagetty
minced garlic
slicing green cayenne pepper
egg
slicing campignon
fish sauce
blackpepper powder
celery
margarine

Directions:
Boiled the spagetty with water and salt and margarine until it cooked then drained
Stir fry the minced garlic and green cayenne pepper
add the egg and campignon
add the fish sauce and blackpepper powder
mixed them all
add the spagetty and celery
cook until it cooked

Mixed Salad with Garlic Mayo


Ingredients:
Fusili 
Kyuri (Japanese cucumber)
Peeled shrimp
Salt and pepper powder
Sauce: garlic powder, mayonaise, tomato ketchup, lemon juice

Directions:
Boiling water, add some salt and margarine. Add the fusili. Boil until it cooked
Boil the peeled shrimp, drain, marinate the boiled shrimp with lemon juice, salt and pepper powder
Sliced the kyuri
For the sauce: mix all the ingredients
Serve the salad with the sauce

Spicy Tuna and Spinach


Ingredients:
Ready-made boiled dumplings
Garlic, fine slicing
Tuna chunk, steam
Spinach, mince
Salt, pepper powder
Fish broth powder
Margarine
Big onion, coarse slicing
Red chilli, fine slicing
Lime leaves

Directions:
Stir fry garlic until it smelled
Add the steam tuna chunk, spinach, ready-made boiled dumpings
Give salt, pepper powder and fish broth powder
Add a little bit mineral water
Cook until the spinach is cooked
For the sauce: stir fry garlic and big onion
add the red chilli and lime leaves
Add the tuna and spinach cook and mix them all

seafood meatball
oyster sauce
fish sauce

Directions:
Add the fettucine in the boiling water. Give some salt and margarine
boil until the fettuccine cooked
Drain well the fettuccine
Stir fry garlic and red chilli
Add the egg
Add the shrimp and seafood meatballs
Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, salt and pepper powder
Add the drain fettuccine
Add the sesame oil
Mixed them all

Javanese Fried Fettuccine


Ingredients:
Fettuccine
Red chili, fine slicing
Egg, shake it off
Fried chicken, cut into pieces
Soy sauce
Salty soy sauce
Salt, pepper powder, sugar
Spring onion, fine slicing
Margarine
Fine textured spices: red onion, garlic and nutmeg

Directions:
Pour fettuccine into boiling water
Add some salt and margarine
Stir gently and boil for couple minutes
Drain well the fettuccine
Stir fry the fine textured spices
Add the slicing red chili
Add the egg
Add the drain fettucine, fried chicken
Add the soy sauce, salty soy sauce, salt, pepper powder and sugar
Add the spring onion
Mixed them all

Chicken Curry

Instant curry spices

Coconut milk
spring onion, fine slicing
fried oil

Directions:
Heat the fried oil, stir fry red onion, garlic, red chilli and salam leaves until it smelled
Add the chicken breast, cook until it cooked
Add the carrot and potato
Add the instant curry spices
Add some salt, pepper powder and sugar
pour coconut milk
add the fine slicing spring onion
Mixed them all
cook until all ingredients are cooked






Blackpepper beef steak


Ingredients:
Beef meat
salt, blackpepper powder and olive oil for marinate
Sauce: tomato ketchup
Honey
Lemon juice
Nutmeg powder
Cinnamon powder
Big onion, fine slicing
Garlic
Blackpepper powder
Margarine

Directions:
Marinate the beef meat with salt, blackpepper and olive oil
Make the sauce: stir fry the slicing big onion and garlic
add some blackpepper powder
mixed the tomato ketchup with honey, lemon juice, nutmeg powder and cinnamon powder

Marinate the beef meat with onion sauce

Steamed tofu and vermicelli


Ingredients:
White tofu, smashed
Vermicelli, brewed with hot water and cut it off
Spring onion, fine slicing
Egg
Pepper powder, sugar, chicken broth powder
White glutinous rice flour
Fine textured mixed spices: salt, red onion and garlic
Peanut sauce: peanut, fried and smashed
green cayenne pepper
red chilli
salt, sugar and hot water

Directions:
Mix white tofu with fine textured spices, egg, pepper and sugar
Add the vermicelli and white glutinous rice flour
Add the slicing spring onion
Mixed them all
Wrap and steam
For the sauce: Mixed the peanut with green cayenne pepper and red chilli
Add some salt and sugar
pour the hot water
Serve the steamed tofu and vermicelli with the sauce

Vermicelli and Prawn Fritter


Prawn Fritter become popular as Malaysian snack. They usually called it "Cucur udang". Malaysian people usually consume this snack at the evening or tea time. Crispy golden snack with strong smell of shrimp, it make this snack so delicious! Today I try to make prawn fritter which i combine with vermicelli and the taste is not dissapointing. So, enjoy it!

Ingredients:
Shrimp
Vermicelli, brewed with hot water, cut it off
White glutoneous rice flour
Ready make fritter flour
garlic powder
salt, pepper powder, sugar
chicken broth powder
egg
ice water
spring onion, fine slicing
fried oil

Directions:
Mix the shrimp, garlic powder, salt, pepper powder, sugar, chicken broth powder and egg
Add the ice water, white glutoneous rice flour, fritter flour, vermicelli and slicing spring onion little by little
Fry the fritter dough to the hot oil
Serve with hot sambals

Fried Vermicelli with shrimp

Many people love to eat fried vermicelli. Many chinese restaurant and eating places serves this food dish. If we want to cook it really quite easy. Vermicelli can be found in every store. The price is also cheap. We just need companion materials to make this yummy. Today, i share how to cook fried vermicelli with shrimp.

Ingredients:
- Instant vermicelli brewed with hot water
- red onion, fine slicing
- garlic, fine slicing
- pepper powder
- dried shrimp, brewed with hot water and minced
- red chilli, minced
- shrimp
- egg, shake it off
- carrot, long slices
- salt, sugar, ketchup and fish sauce
- celery, fine slicing
- margarine

Directions:
- Put the margarine to the wok pan, stir fry red onion. garlic, pepper powder, dried shrimp and red chilli until the smell came out.
- Add the shrimp, cook until it changed color\
- Add the egg, carrot, vermicelli
- Add some salt, sugar, ketchup and fish sauce. Mixed them all
- Pour a little bit mineral water
- Add the slicing celery



Chicken in Coconut Milk

I have many time sharing chicken dish recipe and after long time no cooking chicken, this time i will share how to enjoy a simple but tasty chicken dish called chicken in coconut milk. The tasty is so tender and warm.  For you who love chicken soup, try this one.


Ingredients:
boneless chicken fillet, slice in square
mineral water
salam leaves
lemongrass
salt, pepper powder, sugar
coconut milk
fine textured mix spice: red onion, garlic, nutmeg and dried red chilli

Directions:
Boil the chicken fillet into the mineral water.
Cook until the chicken cooked
Mix the slicing chicken fillet with salam leaves, lemongrass, salt, pepper powder, sugar and fine textured mix spices and then mixed them all
Add the chicken broth from boiling water little by little
cook until boiling
add the coconut milk
serve with hot rice and fried red onion

Stir fry the fine chopped big onion with margarine
Add wheat flour and pour the liquid milk little by little
Add the boiled macaroni, diced carrot, salt, pepper, nutmeg powder, corned beef and cheese

Beef meat
Mineral water
salam leaves, lemongrass
salt, pepper, brown sugar
coconut oil
fried oil
Fine textured spices: red onion, garlic, red chilli, green cayenne pepper, nutmeg and coriander powder

Directions:
Boiled the slicing beef meat with mineral water, salam leaves and lemongrass until the beef meat cooked.
Mix the cooked meat with fine textured spices, salt, pepper, brown sugar and stew water.
Add the coconut milk. Cook until the coconut milk absorbed
Fry in the hot fried oil

mix the  fine textured spices with white glutinous rice flour
Boil the chicken broth powder with the fine textured spices
add salam leaves and slicing red chilli
add the spinach
put the salt and sugar
add the coconut milk
mixed them all and cook until it cooked

Ingredients:
Pressurization milkfish
green cayenne pepper
salt
brown sugar
mineral water
fried oil
Fine textured spices: red onion
                          garlic
                             nutmeg
                              turmeric
Directions:
fry the pressurization milkfish in the hot fried oil
stir fry fine textured spices, add the slicing green cayenne pepper
add some mineral water, salt and brown sugar
cook until it boiled
add the milkfish
mixed them all

Oseng oseng Kentang Ebi

This menu is usually a home dish as the food served with warm rice and side dishes. This menu is quite easy to cook. So, here i share the recipe:

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Ebi (dried little shrimp)
Garlic, red onion
green cayenne pepper
red chillies
mineral water
chicken broth powder
salt, pepper, sugar
margarine

Directions:
Stir fry garlic, red onion, green cayenne pepper, red chilli until the smell came out
Add the dried little shrimp, add the half-fried potatoes
Add some salt, pepper and sugar
Add the chicken broth powder
Put some mineral water and cook until the potatoes and ebi cooked.

This menu was inspired from the same menu that my elder sister cook for her children. The soup is simple, nutritious and delicious. I add some minced shrimp to enrich the taste. The other ingredients are some vegetables and spices which easy to find at the market.

There are many ways in serving beef meat menu. On Indonesian cuisine, there is the famous beef meat menu from Minangkabau, which i already try and share the recipe, Rendang. But of course, thousands of ways serving beef meat will be found in Indonesian culinary and now, i tried this recipe and i want to share with you: Beef meat in pickling spice.

Ingredients:
Beef meat
salam leaves, lime leaves, lime juices
spring onion, red chillies
green cayenne pepper
salt, sugar, mineral water, fried oil
Fine textured mixed spices: garlic, red onion, nutmeg, turmeric, pepper, ginger and galangal

Directions:
- Stir fry the spice, salam leaves and lime leaves until the smell is good
- Add the beef meat, cook until its color change
- Add the slicing red chillies, green cayenne pepper and spring onion
- Add mineral water, salt and sugar
- cook until the flavour seep into the meat
- the last touch is add the lime juice

Omelet in fried petis sambals

Everyone love omelet! I do so. Even the meal is so simple and less tasty, but most of people love to eat omelet. This session, i would like to share how to enjoy your omelet with one of Indonesian sambals: fried petis sambals. Of course, it enrich the taste of the omelet.

Ingredients:
Chicken egg, salt and pepper powder to make an omelet.
Salam leaves, galangal
red chilli
petis, soy ketchup and brown sugar
Coconut milk
Fine smashed spices: salt, garlic and red onion

How to cook:
Made your own omelet
Stir fry the fine smashed spices, add the salam leaves and galangal
Add the slicing red chilli, petis, soy ketchup and brown sugar
Add the coconut milk
Mixed them all
Add the omelet, mixed them all
And you get your indonesian version omelet.....!


Milkfish in Tauco

Milkfish is an important seafood in Southeast Asia and Pasific islands. Most of seafood lover like this kind of fish because its meat is tasty and yummy. Mostly, milkfish is consumed by frying the Pressure cooked milkfish and enjoy it with sambals. But now, i try to share how to enjoy the authentically indonesian food with authentically ingredient: milkfish and authentically spice: tauco.

Tauco is a seasoning made from soybean which has been boiled, smashed and mixed with flour and then fermentated. It usually use in sundanese culinary to enrich the flavour. So, here i try to share the recipe of milkfish in tauco.

Ingredients:
Milkfish (i used the pressurization milkfish)
Salam leaves, galangal, lime leaves and ginger
red chilli
green cayenne pepper
brown sugar
coconut milk
tauco
fine textured spices: salt, garlic, nutmeg, red onion

Directions:
Fry the milkfish in the hot oil
Stir fry the fine textured spices, add salam leaves, galangal, lime leaves and ginger
Add the red chilli and green cayenne pepper
Put the coconut milk
Add brown sugar
cook until the coconut milk boiled
add the milkfish and mixed them all

Silken tofu
button mushrooms

How to cook:
Stir fry the garlic and onion
Add the red chilli and green cayenne pepper
Add the button mushrooms, pease and silken tofu
mixed them all
add the spring onion, oyster sauce, fish sauce, salt and pepper
Add the mineral water and cornstarch solution

Coconut milk soup

Coconut milk soup. It's really strange on my ear when i heard about this recipe. I also doubting about the taste will be if I cook this kind of soup. Luckily, this soup is unique and so tasty even just contain of three vegetables only!  So, with proud, I share to you this my coconut milk soup.

Ingredients:
Sweet corn
Carrot
Cauliflower
Salt and sugar
Spring onion
Coconut milk
Fine texture spices: garlic, red onion, red chilli, dried little shrimp

Directions:
Stir fry the fine texture spices until it smells good
Add some mineral water
Add the sweet corn, carrot and cauliflower
Add the coconut milk
Give salt and pepper
Cook until the soup is cooked
Sprinkle with spring onion

I found this simply home dish in the article which is published three years ago. When i read the ingredients, it really really simple food. But, after i tried, even simple, this dish is quite glut without white rice. A good food for your health and no cholesterol at all. So, here i share the recipe of "Sauteed Chicory"

Ingredients:
Chicory
garlic, red onion
green cayenne pepper
salt, pepper, chicken broth powder, sugar
mineral water
margarine

How to cook:
- Stir fry garlic, red onion and green cayenne pepper
- Add the chicory
- Add salt, pepper, chicken broth powder and sugar
- Add some mineral water
- Cook until the chicory cooked
- Thicken with cornstarch solvent

Tahu Lengko

Some of you maybe ever hear about nasi lengko, authentically cirebon meal. But now, i want to share the recipe of Tahu Lengko. Not different with Nasi Lengko, it just dominated by tofu and not using white rice.
But of course, it still yummy.

Ingredients:
White Chinese tofu
Soybean cake
Cabbage
celery
Marinate spice for tofu and soybean cake:
garlic, salt, mineral water
Ketchup sauce:
garlic, red chilli, ketchup

How to cook: - Marinate the chinese tofu and soybean cake into marinate spice. Keep it for a while
                      - Fry tofu and soybean cake in the hot fried oil
                      - For the sauce: smashed the garlic, red chilli then add the ketchup
                      - Serve tofu, soybean cake, cabbage and celery with the ketchup sauce

Shelled clamp meat
Lime juice
green cayenne pepper
lemongrass, ginger, ketchup, salt, sugar
coarse crushed spices: garlic, red onion, turmeric
How to cook:
- marinate the shelled clamp meat with lime juice. Keep in refrigerator
- boiled the coarse crushed meat, green cayenne pepper, lemongrass, ginger
- put the marinate shelled clamp meat, add the ketchup, salt, sugar
- cook until it cooked

Tahu Telur

Ingredients:
- Tofu
- Egg
- Fried oil
- Ground nut saute: fried slices garlic
                              green cayenne pepper
                              red chilli
                              groumd nut, fried
                              mineral water
                              petis, salt, brown sugar, ketchup
How to cook:
- Marinate tofu with garlic, salt and water
- Fried the square shape tofu
- Shake the egg with the fork. Add salt and pepper
- Add the square tofu into the egg
- Fry the egg
- For the saute, smashed the fried slices garlic with green cayenne pepper, red chilli and ground nut.
- Add the petis, salt and brown sugar
- Mixed them all
- Last, add the ketchup and water
-serve the tahu telur with the saute

Tahu Gimbal

Tahu gimbal is authentically side dish menu from Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. It is an unique texture dish which consist of tahu (tofu), thin slices of cabbage and gimbal, a kind of shrimp in the fried flour. Last touch is the saute is made from fried ground nut which is smashed and mixed with green cayenne pepper, brown sugar, ketchup and petis (kind of flavour made from shrimp).
So, here i try to share this Semarang authentic side dish recipe:
Ingredients:
White Silken tofu
Cabbage
celery, shrimp snack
Gimbal udang : Shrimp, "bakwan" flour, egg, spring onion, water
Peanut saute : ground nut, green cayenne pepper, "petis", garlic, salt, brown sugar, ketchup, water

Directions:
White silken tofu must be soaked with water and salt. Keep it for 10 minute then fried
Cabbage is sliced thin, add some hot water
To make a gimbal udang, mix the shrimp with bakwan flour, spring onion, water and egg and then mixed them all. Fry in a hot oil.
To make a peanut saute, smashed green cayenne pepper, petis, garlic, brown sugar and salt with fried ground nut. Add some ketchup and water.
Serve the white silken tofu, thin slices of cabbage, gimbal udang. Give the peanut saute in the above. sprinkle with celery and for the last, give the shrimp snack. Yummy!

Nasi Gurih and Sambal Belut

Nasi Gurih and Sambal Belut is delicious meal from my homeland, Yogyakarta. We will find some restaurant in Yogyakarta which serve Nasi Bakar (roasted rice). This menu is unique because the rice is cooked by coconut milk and pandan leaves and then wrap with banana leaves and roast. Usually inside of banana leaves, after put the rice, cassava leaves and basil leaves. The smell is of course, the appetite. :)
But, here i will share about how to cook nasi gurih. A simple but delicious rice menu with sambal belut (eel sambals) and sure, will make you eat more and more. So here the recipe:

Nasi Gurih and Sambal belut

Ingredients:
Nasi gurih >> Rice, salt, coconut milk, chicken broth powder
Sambal Belut >> Fried eels, garlic, lime leaves, green cayenne pepper, red chilli, kencur, salt

Directions:
Nasi Gurih:  -  Boiled the coconut milk, add salt and mix
                   -  Add the rice, mixed all
                   -  Add all into the rice cooker
                   -  Cook until cooked
                   -  Add some chicken broth powder and mixed them all
Eel sambals : - Smashed garlic with lime leaves, green cayenne pepper, red chilli, kencur and salt
                     - Add the fried eel
                     - Smash them all until mixed

Gulai Daging Sapi

Gulai. Who is never know this food? Gulai is a rich of flavour and spicy main dish. We can cook gulai with everything: chicken, beef, lamb or seafoods even some vegetables. The gulai commonly yellow color and rich of spices.
Gulai is popular and you can find it in every Indonesian restaurant. Here, I share the recipe of "Beef Gulai".
Ingredients:
Beef meat
Lemongrass
galangal
salt, pepper
coriander powder
coconut milk
fried oil
Fine textured mix spices: red onion, red chilli, cayenne pepper,
nutmeg, ginger, turmeric

How to cook:
- Stir fry the fine mixed spices, lemongrass, galangal until it smells good
- Pour the coconut milk, cook it until boiled
- Add the beef
- Add salt, pepper and coriander
- Cook until it all cooked

Kalio: other dish from minangkabau

Kalio. If we hear this name of dish, we will never expect that this dish is also come from Minangkabau, West Sumatera. Some say, kalio is a beef meat dish like rendang but watery and caramellicious because using a lot of palm sugar.
So, i share my version of kalio today:
Ingredients:
Beef meat
lemongrass, lime leaves, salt, palm sugar, coconut milk,
Spices: red onion, red chilli, turmeric, ginger, coriander powder

How to cook:
1. Stir fry the fine textured mix spices, lemongrass and lime leaves
2. Add the coconut milk. Cook them until it boiled
3. Add the beef meat, salt and palm sugar
4. Cook until the meat cooked


Chicken Edition #14

My latest chicken project is so easy to cook, so simple and delicious. Adapted by chinese cooking methods, today i want to share my recipe called, " Chicken Fillet with Sour and Spicy Saute"


It's not just yummy. Very very simple to prepare and cook. With all ingredients is easy to find in the market. Here all the recipe:
Ingredients:
Chicken Fillet
Lime juice, salt, pepper powder
Fried oil

Dye ingredients:
egg
starch corn
chicken broth powder

Saute ingredients:
onion, red chilli, tomato ketchup, oyster sauce, sambals, sugar, starch corn and water

Direction:
1. Marinate the chicken fillet with lime juice, salt and pepper powder
2. The dye ingredients all mixed up. The marinated chicken fillet then put it on
3. Fried the chicken fillet until it cooked
4. For the saute, strir fry the onion, red chillies until smell came out. Add the tomato ketchup, oyster sauce, \
    sambals and sugar. Mixed them. Add the starch corn solvent for the finish touch.
5. Add the saute into the chicken fillet
and you get your chinese dish at your home..... :)
