Ingredients:
Chicken fillet
green peas
carrot
smashed fine spices: garlic and salt
pepper powder
sugar
salty soy sauce
sweet soy sauce
chicken stock
mineral water
margarine

directions:
Boiled water and add smashed fine spices
add chicken fillet, cook until the chicken is cooked
shredded the chicken
stir fry with carrot, green peas and shredded chicken
add pepper powder, sugar, salty soy sauce, sweet soy sauce
add chicken stock
cook until vegetable are cooked

Brownies beras merah (brown rice brownies)


I really curious with gluten free food. The healthy articles said they are healthy food, good for diet. What is gluten free? Based on coeliac disease foundation, gluten mean general name for the protein found in wheat families. Gluten helps food maintain their shapes and causes health problem such as coeliac disease, non coeliac gluten sensitivity, gluten ataxia and so much more. But, for people who don't have wheat allergy, put gluten free menu sometime beneficial. Brown rice flour is one of gluten free product which is also high in protein, iron, fiber, vitamin B, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus and copper. In short word, it's healthy.
Today I want to share meal recipe using brown rice flour which is good for your healthy but also yummy!

Ingredients:
3 eggs
100 gr sugar
100 ml vegetable oil
40 gr brown rice flour
15 gr cornstarch flour
65 gr milk chocolate
20 gr cocoa powder

directions:
melting the milk chocolate with au bain marie technique and mix with vegetable oil
mix eggs and sugar until it fluffy
add brown rice flour, cornstarch flour and cocoa powder
add mixed melting milk chocolate and vegetable oil
mix them all
pour the dough into ramekin
steam for 45 minutes

Ati rempela ayam balado

Ingredients:
Ati rempela ayam (liver chicken gizzard)
red chilli
red cayenne pepper
shallot
garlic
salt
fried oil
mineral water
sugar

directions:
boiled the liver chicken gizzard first with mineral water and a pinch of salt
fine smashed salt, shallot, garlic, red chilli and red cayenne pepper
stir fry the fine smashed spice with fried oil
add liver chicken gizzard
add a little bit mineral water and sugar
cook until all ingredients is cooked

Ingredients:

instant fritter flour

directions:
mix all the  ingredients in one bowl
shape with spoon
deep fry with fried oil


Crunchy stuffed chicken filled with grated carrot and nori

Stuffed chicken is delicious. You can filled the chicken breast fillet with any ingredients you like. Like one of my simplest stuffed chicken today. I made this meal for my babygirl and she love it.


Ingredients:
chicken boneless breast fillet, thinly sliced
grated carrot
nori
all purpose flour
wheat flour
egg, well beaten
fried oil

directions:
coat the chicken fillet with all purpose flour
add nori on the top of chicken fillet
add grated carrot on the top and roll
add chicken roll in the all purpose flour and well beaten egg
add one again into all purpose flour
deep fry with fried oil

Baby food: Nasi lembek ati ayam bayam

Nasi lembek or mushy rice is the rice which is cook in the pan with some fine smashed spices such as salt, shallot and garlic and boiled with mineral water. sometimes i make mushy rice for my baby girl to make her easy to chew. i love mushy rice because it is one pan dish. put all ingredients in one pan and cook. So simple! 

ingredients:
white rice
mineral water
salt, shallot, garlic, fine smashed
chicken liver
spinach, minced

directions:
add white rice, mineral water, fine smashed spice and chicken liver into a pan
cook until all ingredients is cooked
add spinach in the last 4 minutes
serve warm

Fried vermicelli with egg and chinese cabbage


ingredients:
corn vermicelli
egg
chinese cabbage, minced
shallot, chopped
garlic, chopped
salt as taste
sweet soy sauce
blackpepper powder
mushroom bouillon powder

directions:
soak the vermicelli into hot water
drain it
stir fry shallot and garlic until it smelled
add egg, well shaken in the wok pan
add chinese cabbage
add vermicelli
add salt, sweet soy sauce, blackpepper powder and mushroom bouillon powder
mix them all and cook until all ingredients is cooked

Homemade economically chocolate jam


I always curious on how to make a good quality chocolate jam. This is my second time trying make chocolate jam. With the same ingredients but I try to measure and the taste is better. My baby girl always love it even it less sugar. So, once again this is my homemade chocolate jam recipe:

Ingredients:
3 spoons of wheat flour
3 spoons of chocolate powder
5 spoons of sugar
1 spoons of chocolate creamer milk
1 teaspoons of vanilla powder
1 spoons of white butter
250 ml of mineral water

directions:
mix all the ingredients except white butter
cook in the pan with small heat
stirring until it thickening
add the white butter
mix them all until the butter melting
after cooling down, pour into the jar

Baby food: Nasi lembek sawi putih dan nori


Ingredients:
Mineral water
shallot, garlic, salt, fine smashed
local chicken feet
white rice
chinese cabbage
nori

directions:
boil the mineral water
add fine smashed spices
add local chicken feet
add white rice
cook until the white rice is cooked
add mince chinese cabbage
add nori
cook until all ingredients are cooked
serve warm

Eggless steamed kabocha cake

I love eggless cake! It's challenging and fun when I tried to make eggless cake. Fear of the bad taste is the common feeling when I made this kind of meal. But it won't make me stop to make a healthy meal for my baby girl. And this is good! Mild taste even for baby and adult. 

Ingredients:
4 pieces of boiled Kabocha
2 boiled potatoes
2 spoons of white rice flour
2 spoons of margarine
3 spoons of sugar
salt as taste
1 piece of white bread
2 spoons of milk powder
100 ml of mineral water

directions:
smashed the boiled kabocha and potato using low speed mixer
add white rice flour, margarine, sugar, salt, white bread which already been torn
add milk powder and mineral water
mix them all
pour the dough into heat resistant dish
steamed for 30 minutes

Purple cabbage sushi


This time, I want to try sushi. Yup! I've never make this japanese food before. Why? Even this dish look simple, it's complicated: the rice, the vegetables, any ingredients we want to put on this. And don't forget, the skill to roll it on the sushi mat. Anyway, first trial? Failed. I feel fail. But the recipe actually nice to try. So, try this sushi if you like.

Ingredients:
Purple cabbage, clean and cut into small pieces
carrot, cut into small long pieces
cucumber, cut into small long pieces
chicken stick nugget
nori
egg
white rice
agar agar powder
salt
mushroom bouillon powder

directions:
cook the white rice with agar-agar powder, salt and mushroom bouillon powder
make plain omellete with egg, then slicing
deep fry the chicken stick nugget
to make the sushi, add nori, white rice, purple cabbage, carrot, cucumber, chicken stick nugget, and egg on the sushi roll mat
roll it and cut
enjoy

Baby food: White rice, kabocha and purple cabbage

Purple cabbage is one of 'rare' vegetable in my country. But salad lovers must know this beauty color vegetable. This vegetable has low calories, high fiber, high vitamin K, anthocyanins as your brain food. Purple cabbage also high in vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin A and calcium.
I try to introduce this vegetable to my adorable daughter with this baby food recipe. She loved it!

Ingredients:
White rice
local chicken ( I choose wings and chicken feet)
garlic, shallot, salt
kabocha, slice into small dice
purple cabbage, fine slicing
celery, fine minced
snap bean, fine minced

directions:
I made chicken stock first by boiling chicken wings and feet
add salt and garlic and shallot which already smashed
add the white rice
after the rice cooked, add kabocha, purple cabbage, celery and snap bean
cook until all ingredients is cooked

Tongkol asam manis kacang polong (Tuna mackerel sweet sour with green peas)


Ingredients:
Ikan Tongkol (fresh tuna mackerel)
green peas
garlic, fine chopped
salt and pepper
sugar
tomato ketchup
cornstarch flour in water
mineral water
wheat flour to sprinkle fish before fried
lime juice
margarine

directions:
Clean the fish, cut into small fillet, add salt and lime juice
keep it for a while
clean the fish once more, sprinkle with wheat flour
deep fry the fish
for the sauce, stir fry with margarine, garlic
add green peas
add mineral water, salt, pepper and sugar
add tomato ketchup
add cornstarch flour in water
cook until green peas well cooked
pour into the fish and enjoy

Sayur Bayam Jagung Pipil (spinach soup with sweet corn)


Ingredients:
spinach
sweet corn
shallot, fine chopped
salt, sugar
mineral water
fingerroot

directions:
boil the mineral water
add shallot and fingerroot
add sweet corn
add salt and sugar
add spinach

Kerang dan kacang polong bumbu kecap (cockles and peas in sweet soy sauce)


Ingredients:
cockles ( i use ready-use cockles without shell)
green peas
shallot, fine chopped
garlic, fine chopped
big onion, fine sliced
red chilli, fine chopped
red cayenne pepper, fine chopped
spring onion, fine minced
tomato, cut into small pieces
sweet soy sauce
salt and sugar
margarine

directions:
stir fry with margarine, shallot, garlic, big onion, red chilli and red cayenne pepper until it smelled good
add cockles
add sweet soy sauce, mix them all
add green peas
add salt and sugar
add tomato and sprinkle with spring onion
mix them all

Chocolate sweet martabak

Martabak is a stuffed pancake or pan-fried cake which is commonly as street food in Indonesia. Indonesian known two type of martabak: the sweet one and the savoury. Today I want to share my chocolate sweet martabak with cheese as filling. And I using my favourite pan: Happycall!

Ingredients:
125 gram of wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon of fermipan (yeast)
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon of salt
150 ml of mineral water
2 1/2 spoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1 spoons of chocolate powder
filling: margarine and grated cheddar cheese
creamer milk (optional)

directions:
mix wheat flour with yeast, salt, sugar, baking soda and chocolate powder
add egg and mineral water
mix with low speed mixer
keep it for 1 hour
preheat the happycall with low temperature
pour the dough
close the top of happycall, wait for a minutes
after the dough look cooked, basting with margarine
sprinkle with grated cheese


if it well cooked, lift martabak from happycall
add creamer milk if you like



Snapbean stir fry with peas


Ingredients:
Snapbean, cut into small pieces as taste
green peas
red chilli, cut into small pieces
red cayenne pepper, cut into small pieces
shallot, garlic fine sliced
salt
margarine
mineral water

directions:
stir fry with margarine, shallot and garlic
add red chilli and red cayenne pepper
add snap bean
add a little bit mineral water to cook well snapbean
add green peas
add salt
serve with hot rice

Chicken stock corn soup

Corn soup. Hmmm..... if I heard the name, I always remember my mom's comfort food. Corn soup of course made from sweet corn, and the most delicious one is the simplest! Like the one I want to share in this page. 

Ingredients:
Fresh sweet corn, shucked and cut off the cob, blender
chicken stock
egg, well beaten
cornstarch flour mix with a little bit water
pepper powder, sugar
fine smashed spices: salt and garlic

direction:
boil chicken stock, add fine smashed spices
add sweet corn, stir well
add well beaten egg, step by step
pour cornstarch solution, step by step
add pepper powder and a little bit sugar
serve warm is better

Oseng-oseng Kacang Panjang


Ingredients:
Long bean, cut as taste (about 5 cm is okay)
Cherry tomato, cut into 4 pieces
lime juice
garlic
shrimp paste
fish sauce
palm sugar (gula jawa)
red cayenne pepper
salt
mineral water

directions:
smashed (uleg) garlic, shrimp paste, red cayenne pepper and salt
stir fry with margarine, the smashed spices until it smelled
add long bean and mineral water
add fish sauce, lime juice and palm sugar
add cherry tomato 
cook until long bean is well cooked
serve with hot rice

Nugget wortel dan tahu (tofu carrot nugget)

Nugget is a kid's favourite meal. All children love nugget. Easy to eat and yummy. We can find frozen nugget in a supermarket easily. Popularly chicken nugget. But I personally hate frozen chicken nugget. So I made by myself my own version of nugget. Before I ever share how to make carrot and corn nugget which is so delicious. Today, i trying make nugget with carrot and local tofu. It is as delicious as corn carrot nugget.


Ingredients:
Wheat flour
Local white tofu, smashed
carrot, grated
fine smashed spices: salt, garlic, shallot, coriander
pepper powder
fried oil
cornstarch flour
spring onion, minced
cheese, grated
egg, well beaten

directions:
Mix all the ingredients
pour the dough into glass container
steamed for 30 minutes
after cooling down, cut into small squares
fried with a little bit oil

Eggless chocolate cake

Making eggless cake is challenging. In our mom's generation, cake usually using a lot of cake. Why? My mom said, because they don't use any kind emulsifier so, to make cake beautifully, more than 5 eggs are needed. But today, eggless cake become trend and healthy option for meal. That's why I tried a lot of eggless cake to get great recipe. And I trying this one: chocolate cake!


Ingredients:
150 gr of sugar
175 gr of wheat flour
25 gr of chocolate powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
115 ml of fried oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
250 ml of mineral water
2 teaspoon of lime juice

directions:
mix all the ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, chocolate powder, baking soda and salt
make a hole in the middle and pour fried oil, mineral water and lime juice
mix them all using whisk
add vanilla powder
mix them all until all ingredients is integrated
pour the dough into baking pan
oven for about 30 minutes

Mapo Tahu


Ingredients:
minced chicken meat
local tofu
garlic, fine chopped
ginger, smashed
tomato ketchup
salt and pepper
mineral water
cornstarch flour which is mix with water
spring onion, fine chopped
sweet soy sauce
margarine

directions:
marinate chicken meat with sweet soy sauce, keep it for a while
stir fry garlic and ginger with margarine until the smell is good
add chicken meat, cook until it changed color
add tomato ketchup, salt and pepper. mix them all
add mineral water
add local tofu, cook until all ingredients is cooked
add cornstarch flour and sprinkle with spring onion
mix them all




Omelet sayuran (vegetables omelette)

Omelette is a dish made from beaten egg quickly fried in a frying pan without stirring. Commonly, omelette filling with many ingredients. In my version today, I made filling from cabbage and carrot and also grated cheese. :-)

Ingredients:

grated cheese
cabbage, fine slicing
carrot, grated
fresh milk
fine smashed spices: shallot, garlic, salt

ball tofu is reversed, the outside become inner
mix the filling: carrot, spring onion, celery, the spices, tapioca flour, wheat flour and ice mineral water

for honey BBQ sauce:
Instant BBQ sauce
garlic, fine minced

for coating flour:
wheat flour
salt
cornstarch powder
ice mineral water
other ingredients:
fried oil
margarine
spring onion, fine minced

directions:
marinate chicken with lime juice, keep it for a while
boiled chicken with garlic and salt and mineral water
cook until the chicken is cooked
for honey bbq sauce, stir fry with margarine the minced garlic
add instant bbq sauce and honey
add blackpepper powder
add mineral water
cook until the sauce is thicken
after the chicken is well cooked, coat with coating flour
mix all the coating flour ingredient
add chicken
deep fry with fried oil
mix the fried chicken with honey bbq sauce
mix them all
sprinkle with spring onion

butter
hot mineral water

directions:
steam kabocha, sweet corn and cherry tomato
blender all ingredients
serve warm is better

oyster sauce
sweet soy sauce

stir fry big onion, ginger and red chilli with margarine until it smelled
add beef meat, cook until it color changed
add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt and pepper
add mineral water
cook until the meat is cooked
add green peas
cook until all ingredients is cooked
sprinkle with spring onion
mix them all

boiled potato and carrot, cut into small pieces
cut kyuri into small pieces, cherry tomato also cut into small pieces

torn the watercress
add mayonaise
add sugar, salt and pepper
mix them all
serve cold is better

Steamed milk white bread pudding


Ingredients:
2 pieces of white wheat bread
300 ml of fresh milk
5 spoons of sugar
grated cheddar cheese
1 egg
4 spoons of melted margarine

directions:
preheat the steamer
cut white bread into small pieces, mix with fresh milk, sugar, cheddar cheese, shaken egg, melted margarine
pour the dough into ramekin
steam until it cooked

baby food: Watercress puree

But I want my baby trying watercress because before I never introduce this vegetable to her. So I cook it and my baby love it! That's why I share you this recipe.
Ingredients:
Watercress, boil for a minute. Not too long
Potato, boiled
Carrot, boiled
salted butter
3 spoons of hot mineral water
boiled egg

directions:
After boil all the vegetables, put into blender
add salted butter and hot mineral water
process until smooth
add slicing boiled egg

watercress
sambal
mayonaise

directions:
basting bread with margarine
heat on the teflon with small heat
stir fry sausages with margarine
add egg, make scramble
sprinkle with spring onion
to serve the sandwich, put the bread, add watercress, add sausage and scramble egg
pour sambal and mayonaise
cover with other bread

Ingredients:
10 spoons of wheat flour
200 ml of fresh milk
4 spoons of sugar
4 spoons of chocolate powder
1 egg
1 spoons of butter/margarine, melted

directions:
mix wheat flour and chocolate powder
mix egg and sugar in different bowl, add fresh milk
add into the dry ingredients (flour and chocolate powder)
mix them all
preheat the teflon, pour the pancake dough
cook until it cooked

Ikan Goreng dan Sambal Dabu-dabu Papua


Ingredients:
Fish (any kind of consume fish, i used ikan kembung)
lime juice
fried oil
for sambal dabu-dabu papua:
red cayenne pepper, fine slice
tomato, fine slice
shallot, fine slice
salt, sugar, lemon juice
fresh basil leaves

directions:
clean up the fish, marinate with lime juice
keep it for a while
fry with fried oil
for sambal dabu-dabu papua, mix all the ingredients
serve ikan goreng with sambal dabu-dabu papua

instant bbq sauce

directions:

keep it for a while
add flavourful all purpose flour
mix them all
deep fry with fried oil
for the sauce, heat bbq sauce, sugar and mineral water
cook until the sauce is thicken
add chicken

Brownies coklat bubuk


Ingredients:
Local White butter 140 gr
sugar 165 gr
cocoa powder 75 gr
egg 2 pieces
vanilla 1/2 teaspoon
wheat flour 65 gr
salt 1/4 teaspoon
fresh milk 60 ml
lemon juice 1 teaspoon

directions:
to make buttermilk, mix fresh milk and lemon juice
keep it for a while
preheat the oven
melt butter with double boiler system, add sugar and cocoa powder
mix them all
add egg and vanilla, mix with whisk
add wheat flour, mix them all
add buttermilk
pour into baking sheet that has spread with butter
oven for 30-35 minutes
serve with ice cream is better 

Kekian Udang Homemade


ingredients:
shrimp, minced
spring onion, sliced
flavour all purpose flour
egg
fried oil

directions:
mix shrimp, spring onion, all purpose flour and egg
shape into small ball
deep fry with fried oil

Tekwan Kaldu Udang

Ingredients:
Mackerel fish, minced
egg
mineral water
salt, pepper
tapioca flour
black fungus
jicama, cut into small pieces
for shrimp stock: shrimp head and skin, mineral water, shallot, garlic, ginger
oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar

directions:
mix mackerel fish, egg, mineral water, salt, pepper and tapioca flour
shape into small clod
make shrimp stock with boiling shrimp head and skin into mineral water, add shallot, garlic and ginger. cook until all ingredients is cooked. Strain the stock
add tekwan clod into the shrimp stock and boiled
add black fungus and jicama
add oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar
serve hot/warm is better

Bengkuang ca

Ingredients:
Jicama cut into small pieces like fire match
carrot cut into small pieces like fire match
dried shrimp
spring onion cut into small pieces
garlic, minced
salt and pepper

directions:
stir fry garlic and dried shrimp until it smelled good
add jicama and carrot
cook until the vegetables is cooked and limp
add salt and pepper
add spring onion





Ikan Bakar saus Tiram


Ingredients:
parrot fish
shallot, garlic
turmeric, ginger, salt
sweet soy sauce
lime juice
oyster sauce

directions:
clean the fish
smashed salt, shallot, garlic, turmeric and ginger
marinate the fish with the smashed spice
keep it for a while
add lime juice
prepare your happycall pan, give a little bit vegetable oil
make mixed sauce with sweet soy sauce and oyster sauce
basting the fish with mixed sauce
grill until the fish is cooked

Creamy chocolate pudding with no agar-agar/jelly powder



Ingredients:
 5 cups Fresh milk
1 cup wheat flour
1 spoon cornstarch flour
1/2 cup sugar
85 gr milk chocolate
4 teaspoon choco powder

directions:
melted milk chocolate, add choco powder, mix them
add fresh milk, wheat flour, cornstarch and sugar into the pan, mix them quickly in medium heat
add chocolate and mix them all
cook until all ingredients mixed and thicken
pour into cup, and place them into refrigerator
serve cold is better
