Fried vermicelli with egg and chinese cabbage


ingredients:
corn vermicelli
egg
chinese cabbage, minced
shallot, chopped
garlic, chopped
salt as taste
sweet soy sauce
blackpepper powder
mushroom bouillon powder

directions:
soak the vermicelli into hot water
drain it
stir fry shallot and garlic until it smelled
add egg, well shaken in the wok pan
add chinese cabbage
add vermicelli
add salt, sweet soy sauce, blackpepper powder and mushroom bouillon powder
mix them all and cook until all ingredients is cooked
