Tongkol asam manis kacang polong (Tuna mackerel sweet sour with green peas)


Ingredients:
Ikan Tongkol (fresh tuna mackerel)
green peas
garlic, fine chopped
salt and pepper
sugar
tomato ketchup
cornstarch flour in water
mineral water
wheat flour to sprinkle fish before fried
lime juice
margarine

directions:
Clean the fish, cut into small fillet, add salt and lime juice
keep it for a while
clean the fish once more, sprinkle with wheat flour
deep fry the fish
for the sauce, stir fry with margarine, garlic
add green peas
add mineral water, salt, pepper and sugar
add tomato ketchup
add cornstarch flour in water
cook until green peas well cooked
pour into the fish and enjoy
