Japanese potato sausages salad


Ingredients:
Chicken sausages
Potato
Mayonaise
Carrot
Kyuri
Sugar, salt, pepper
Big onion
Boiled egg
Watercress
Cherry tomato

directions:
Stir fry sausages with margarine
boiled potato and carrot, cut into small pieces
cut kyuri into small pieces, cherry tomato also cut into small pieces
mince big onion
torn the watercress
add mayonaise
add sugar, salt and pepper
mix them all
serve cold is better
