Making eggless cake is challenging. In our mom's generation, cake usually using a lot of cake. Why? My mom said, because they don't use any kind emulsifier so, to make cake beautifully, more than 5 eggs are needed. But today, eggless cake become trend and healthy option for meal. That's why I tried a lot of eggless cake to get great recipe. And I trying this one: chocolate cake!
Ingredients:
150 gr of sugar
175 gr of wheat flour
25 gr of chocolate powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
115 ml of fried oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
250 ml of mineral water
2 teaspoon of lime juice
directions:
mix all the ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, chocolate powder, baking soda and salt
make a hole in the middle and pour fried oil, mineral water and lime juice
mix them all using whisk
add vanilla powder
mix them all until all ingredients is integrated
pour the dough into baking pan
oven for about 30 minutes
