Chicken stock corn soup

Corn soup. Hmmm..... if I heard the name, I always remember my mom's comfort food. Corn soup of course made from sweet corn, and the most delicious one is the simplest! Like the one I want to share in this page. 

Ingredients:
Fresh sweet corn, shucked and cut off the cob, blender
chicken stock
egg, well beaten
cornstarch flour mix with a little bit water
pepper powder, sugar
fine smashed spices: salt and garlic

direction:
boil chicken stock, add fine smashed spices
add sweet corn, stir well
add well beaten egg, step by step
pour cornstarch solution, step by step
add pepper powder and a little bit sugar
serve warm is better
