Kerang dan kacang polong bumbu kecap (cockles and peas in sweet soy sauce)


Ingredients:
cockles ( i use ready-use cockles without shell)
green peas
shallot, fine chopped
garlic, fine chopped
big onion, fine sliced
red chilli, fine chopped
red cayenne pepper, fine chopped
spring onion, fine minced
tomato, cut into small pieces
sweet soy sauce
salt and sugar
margarine

directions:
stir fry with margarine, shallot, garlic, big onion, red chilli and red cayenne pepper until it smelled good
add cockles
add sweet soy sauce, mix them all
add green peas
add salt and sugar
add tomato and sprinkle with spring onion
mix them all
