Cah Daging Kacang Polong


Ingredients:
Beef meat, cut into small pieces
Green peas
big onion, fine minced
ginger
red chilli, fine minced
oyster sauce
sweet soy sauce
salt and pepper
mineral water
spring onion, fine minced
margarine

directions:
stir fry big onion, ginger and red chilli with margarine until it smelled
add beef meat, cook until it color changed
add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt and pepper
add mineral water
cook until the meat is cooked
add green peas
cook until all ingredients is cooked
sprinkle with spring onion
mix them all
