Oseng-oseng Kacang Panjang


Ingredients:
Long bean, cut as taste (about 5 cm is okay)
Cherry tomato, cut into 4 pieces
lime juice
garlic
shrimp paste
fish sauce
palm sugar (gula jawa)
red cayenne pepper
salt
mineral water

directions:
smashed (uleg) garlic, shrimp paste, red cayenne pepper and salt
stir fry with margarine, the smashed spices until it smelled
add long bean and mineral water
add fish sauce, lime juice and palm sugar
add cherry tomato 
cook until long bean is well cooked
serve with hot rice
