Tekwan Kaldu Udang

Ingredients:
Mackerel fish, minced
egg
mineral water
salt, pepper
tapioca flour
black fungus
jicama, cut into small pieces
for shrimp stock: shrimp head and skin, mineral water, shallot, garlic, ginger
oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar

directions:
mix mackerel fish, egg, mineral water, salt, pepper and tapioca flour
shape into small clod
make shrimp stock with boiling shrimp head and skin into mineral water, add shallot, garlic and ginger. cook until all ingredients is cooked. Strain the stock
add tekwan clod into the shrimp stock and boiled
add black fungus and jicama
add oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar
serve hot/warm is better
