banana chocolate cookies

Ingredients:
100 gr margarine
75 gr castor sugar
3 eggs
200 gr banana gasol flour
1/2 teaspoon vanili extract
25 gr chocolate milk powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
salt
100 gr chocolate chips

How to make it:
stir margarine and castor sugar
add eggs, banana flour and vanili extract
add chocolate milk powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt
mix them all with mixer
add chocolate chips
bake it for 15 minutes

Opor ayam kampung

Ingredients:
1 kampung chicken cut into pieces
coconut milk
salt, sugar, galangal, lemongrass, ginger, bay leaves
spice paste: candlenut, turmeric, cumin, shallot, nutmeg powder, pepper powder, garlic, coriander

directions:
stir fry spice paste
add galangal, lemongrass, ginger and bay leaves
stir until fragrant
add chicken pieces, stir a bit with the spices
add coconut milk, salt and sugar
cook until the chicken is well cooked

Layered chesse brownies


Ingredients:
60 gr margarine
40 gr white chocolate
1/4 teaspoon chocolate paste
5 eggs
100 gr sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon emulsifier (sp)
125 gr wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
cheese layer:
300 ml fresh milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
75 gr sugar
25 gr cornmeal
1 egg yolk
75 gr grated cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanili extract

How to make it:
Heat margarine on the top of boiled water (au bain marie), add white chocolate, chocolate paste
stir up to well mixed
put it aside
stir the eggs, sugar, salt and emulsifier (sp) to swelling
add the mixed wheat flour and baking powder while mixing
add chocolate melting while stiring slowly
mix them all
pour the dough to the glass container
steam for 25 minutes
cut the brownies into 2 layer

for cheese layer, boil the fresh milk, salt, sugar and cornmeal up until thicken
turn the fire off
add the egg yolk, stir fast then turn the fire on again
add grated cheese, margarine and vanili extract
mix them all
cover every piece of brownies with cheese layer

Ingredients:

boneless breast chicken, cut into squares
tomato ketchup
mineral water
chicken stock powder
pepper powder
oregano powder

directions:
stir fry with margarine, garlic and big onion until it smelled good
add chicken breast
add tomato ketchup, mineral water and chicken stock powder
add pepper powder, oregano powder, salt
add tofu and spring onion
cook until all ingredients is cooked

for pizza dough, mix all the ingredients
keep it for a while
shape it to pizza pan
dip with thousand island
add beef burger patty
mix red spinach with garlic, salt, pepper
add red spinach on top of beef burger patty
add grated cheddar cheese on the top

Ingredients:
For Jenang lesung pipit: white rice flour
salt
boiled mineral water
tapioca flour

syrup: coconut milk
cocopandan syrup
creamer milk
sugar

jackfruit cut into small pieces

directions:
mix white flour, salt and boiled mineral water
add tapioca flour
shape into ball
boiled in hot water

serve jenang lesung pipit with jackfruit
add syrup (for syrup mix all the ingredients)
add ice
better serve cold

Ingredients:

sardines in tomato sauce
quail eggs, boiled, cut into small pieces

mix them all
add to heat resistent dish plate
add grated cheddar cheese on the top

Baked tuna bread

Ingredients:

mayonaise

fresh mushroom

directions:
mix thousand island, mayonaise, garlic powder and mustard
dip into white bread
add mozarella cheese grated at the top
followed by tuna shreded, cuts of fresh mushroom
sprinkle with chili powder
bake until the cheese is melt

broccoli quiche



Broccoli quiche originally is a vegetarian dish but for non vegetarian, throw a little diced of beef and chicken is delicious to add.We can eat this dish as breakfast or accompany to coffee break.

Ingredients:
butter
big onion, fine chopped
garlic, fine chopped
wheat flour
fresh milk
mushroom bouillon powder
mineral water
egg, well shaken
mayonaise, mustard
salt, blackpepper powder
broccoli, boiled
red paprika
chicken burger patty, diced into tiny squares
button mushrooms
instant pastry dough

directions:
stir fry with butter, big onion, garlic until it smells good
add wheat flour, fresh milk, mushroom bouillon powder and mineral water
mix them all
add egg, mayonaise, mustard, salt and blackpepper powder
add boiled broccoli, red paprika, chicken burger patty and button mushroom
mix them all and cook until all the ingredients is cooked
dip ramekin with butter, add pastry dough at the bottom
fill with broccoli filling and bake
serve hot is better

Ingredients:
Ground beef meat

deep fry with fried oil

chicken ala meuniere


Ingredients:
Chicken breast
salt, pepper powder
mineral water
seasoned flour
egg, well shaken
breadcrumbs
fried oil
for garlic mayo: mayonaise, garlic powder, sugar, salt

directions:
marinate chicken breast with salt and pepper powder
boil with mineral water until the chicken breast is cooked
coat chicken breast with seasoned flour, egg and breadcrumbs
deep fry
for garlic mayo, mix all the ingredients
serve fried chicken breast with garlic mayo


Korean crispy chicken (dakgangjeong)


Dakgangjeong ë‹­ê°•ì • is a deep fry chicken coated with sticky and sweet sauce. Based on original recipes, the sticky and sweet sauce made from sweet rice batter, puffed rice, sesame seeds or nuts. My version only use simple ingredients which is easily find everywhere.
Ingredients:
chicken wings
garlic, grated
lime juice, mineral water
wheat flour
corn starch
seasoned flour
pepper powder, salt
fried oil
sticky sweet sauce:
margarine
garlic, fine chopped
ginger
salty soy sauce
honey
sesame oil

directions:
mix chicken wings with garlic and lime juice
boil with mineral water until it cooked
mix wheat flour, corn starch, seasoned flour, pepper powder and salt
coat chicken wings with mix flour
deep fry the chicken wings
for the sauce, stir fry with margarine, garlic, ginger, salty soy sauce, honey and sesame oil
add chicken wings, mix them all

curry powder
pandan leaves, lime leaves
lemongrass
fish stock powder
mineral water
coconut milk
sambal
salt
fresh tuna fish, cut into squares

directions:
stir fry with margarine, big onion, garlic, ginger and curry powder
add pandan leave, lime leaves and lemongrass
add mineral water, fish stock powder
add coconut milk
add sambal, salt
add tuna
add chilli
cook until tuna is well cooked

Spicy penne with meatballs

Who doesn't know spaghetti with meatballs? An Italian - American dish consist of spaghetti, tomato sauce and meatballs. Now, I try to cook penne with meatballs and spicy sauce.


Ingredients:
creamy butter
chopped big onion
chopped garlic
instant spaghetti sauce
beef bouillon powder
mineral water
salt
sugar
blackpepper powder
penne, boiled until it cooked
dried oregano leaves
red cayenne pepper
ground beef meat
garlic powder

Directions:
To make meatballs, mix ground beef meat, garlic powder, blackpepper powder and salt
shape into little balls
fry meatballs with medium heat

stir fry with creamy butter, big onion, garlic and red cayenne pepper until smelled
add instant spaghetti sauce, beef bouillon powder and mineral water
add meatballs
add salt, sugar and blackpepper powder
add dried oregano leaves
mix them all
serve penne with sauce and meatballs

Beef shashlik with salsa

shashlik mean skewered meat in turk language. I try to make beef shashlik with salsa sauce which is contain of green paprika, big onion and lime juice. What is authentical from shashlik is the marinate with acid liquid such as lime juice.

Beef meat cut into squares
honey
blackpepper powder
dried oregano leaves
butter
grated garlic
grated ginger
green paprika
fine chopped big onion
tomatoes
red cayenne pepper
lime juice
sugar
salt

directions:
marinate beef meat with honey, blackpepper powder, dried oregano, garlic and ginger
keep it stand for a while
cook the meat with happycall
add fine chopped big onion, slicing green paprika, tomato and red cayenne pepper
add lime juice
add sugar and salt
mix them all


Grilled oxtail with creamy sauce

Ingredients:
Beef oxtail
BBQ sauce
grated big onion
grated garlic
blackpepper powder
salty soy sauce
butter
wheat flour
fresh milk
sweet peas
fresh mushroom
sugar and salt

directions:
boil beef oxtail with pressure cooker
marinate oxtail with bbq sauce, garlic, blackpepper powder and salty soy sauce
Keep it stand for a while
grill oxtail with happycall

for creamy sauce, stir fry with butter, big onion
add wheat flour and fresh milk
add marinate spices, sweet peas and mushroom
add sugar and salt
cook until the sauce is thickening
serve grilled oxtail with the sauce

Tuna sweet stir fry


Ingredients:
Tuna fillet
Lime juice
Salt
Green paprika
Big onion
Tomato ketchup
Garlic
Oyster sauce
Sweet soy sauce
Blackpepper powder

directions:
marinate tuna fillet with lime juice and salt
keep it stand for a while
mix tomato ketchup, garlic, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, blackpepper powder and salt
Dip tuna fillet into dipping sauce
keep it stand for a while
stir fry with margarine, chopped big onion and green paprika
Add tuna fillet
cook until tuna is cooked

baked cockle with mayo


Cockle is saltwater clams which good to eat by steaming, frying or like what i do, baking it. It's easy to find cockle in Balikpapan and in cheap price. 

Ingredients:
Non shell cockles
Home made bread crumbs 
Mayonaise
Garlic powder
grated cheddar cheese
cayenne pepper
salt

Directions:
Mix mayonaise, garlic powder, cheese, cayenne pepper and salt
Add cockles in there
Sprinkle with bread crumbs
bake for 15 minutes with happycall

Stir fry shallots and garlic with margarine
add galangal, lemongrass and lime leaves
Add beef meat, coconut milk, salt, sugar, lime juice and sambals
cook until the meat cooked.


Baked skin potato

Ingredients:
Potato
White plain butter
Thousand island
Pineapple, chopped
Ground beef
Garlic
Blackpepper powder
Salt
Spriong onion, fine chopped

Directions:
Steam potato for 10', cut into 2 pieces
remove potato from skin, dredge with spoon
dip potato skin with white plain butter
Mix potato with chopped pineapple and ground beef meat which already stir fry with garlic, blackpepper powder and salt
Add thousand island and spring onion
Fill potato skin with a mixture of potato and ground beef meat
Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese
Bake for 10'




Vegetable salad


Ingredients:
Boiled broccoli
Tomato
Sweet corn
Kyuri
purple cabbage

Dressing: thousand island
pineapple
red cayenne pepper

Directions:
Cut into pieces for all the vegetables, then mix them all
for dressing, mix all the ingredients
serve vegetables with dressing, serve cold better

Boiled egg, cut into 2 pieces, take the egg yolk

Boil the shrimp

wheat flour
milk
mushroom bouillon powder
nutmeg powder
blackpepper powder
salt
mayonaise

directions:
mix all the vegetables, sprinkle with salt and oregano powder, keep them for a while
for white sauce, melt white butter, add wheat flour and milk
add mushroom bouillon powder, nutmeg powder, blackpepper powder, salt and mayonaise
mix them all, cook until cooked
cut baquette, dip with white sauce
add vegetables and grated cheddar cheese on top
Bake for 15 minutes
