Hot catfish (patin) sapo

Ingredients:
catfish (ikan patin air tawar)
palm sugar
butter
sesame oil
fine chopped shallot
fine chopped garlic
red chilli
fish stock powder
mineral water
fish sauce
blackpepper powder
sambals

directions:
sprinkle catfish with palm sugar
keep it stand for a while
add butter and sesame oil in the pan
stir fry shallot, garlic and red chilli
add catfish/patin, fish stock powder and mineral water
add fish sauce, blackpepper powder and sambals
cook until the fish is cooked
