Layered chesse brownies


Ingredients:
60 gr margarine
40 gr white chocolate
1/4 teaspoon chocolate paste
5 eggs
100 gr sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon emulsifier (sp)
125 gr wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
cheese layer:
300 ml fresh milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
75 gr sugar
25 gr cornmeal
1 egg yolk
75 gr grated cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanili extract

How to make it:
Heat margarine on the top of boiled water (au bain marie), add white chocolate, chocolate paste
stir up to well mixed
put it aside
stir the eggs, sugar, salt and emulsifier (sp) to swelling
add the mixed wheat flour and baking powder while mixing
add chocolate melting while stiring slowly
mix them all
pour the dough to the glass container
steam for 25 minutes
cut the brownies into 2 layer

for cheese layer, boil the fresh milk, salt, sugar and cornmeal up until thicken
turn the fire off
add the egg yolk, stir fast then turn the fire on again
add grated cheese, margarine and vanili extract
mix them all
cover every piece of brownies with cheese layer
