squid shiitake stir fry

Ingredients
Squid, cut into pieces
margarine
sesame oil
garlic, chopped
shallot, chopped
ginger, chopped
fresh shiitake mushroom, chopped
carrot, fine chopped
snaps bean, chopped
sambals
soy sauce
salt
mineral water

directions:
stir fry with margarine and sesame oil, garlic, shallot and ginger until smells good
add squid, shiitake, carrot and snaps bean
add some mineral water, cook until all ingredients is cooked
add sambal, soy sauce and salt
mix them all
