Ingredients:
Margarine
Garlic, chopped
ginger, fine chopped
lime leaves
lemongrass
mineral water
sardines in chilli sauce
spring onion
basil leaves
red cayenne pepper
salt and sugar
directions:
stir fry with margarine, garlic, ginger, lime leaves and lemongrass until smells good
add mineral water
add sardines in chilli sauce, spring onion, basil leaves, red cayenne pepper
add salt and sugar
mix them all
