baked sardines with vegie


Ingredients:
margarine
big onion, chopped
tomato, chopped
potato, cut into squares
broccoli
sardines in tomato sauce
quail eggs, boiled, cut into small pieces
pepper powder, sugar
cheddar cheese, grated

directions:
stir fry with margarine, big onion
add tomato, potato and broccoli
add sardines in tomato sauce
add quail eggs
add pepper powder and sugar
mix them all
add to heat resistent dish plate
add grated cheddar cheese on the top
bake for 10 minutes
