fragrance curry tuna

Ingredients:
margarine
big onion, chopped
garlic, chopped
ginger
curry powder
pandan leaves, lime leaves
lemongrass
fish stock powder
mineral water
coconut milk
sambal
salt
fresh tuna fish, cut into squares
chilli

directions:
stir fry with margarine, big onion, garlic, ginger and curry powder
add pandan leave, lime leaves and lemongrass
add mineral water, fish stock powder
add coconut milk
add sambal, salt
add tuna
add chilli
cook until tuna is well cooked
