Lumpia Udang (Shrimp Springroll)

Ingredients:
Fresh shrimp
Fine chopped lemongrass
sprouts
fine grated carrots
fine chopped big onion
egg
blackpepper powder
salt
instant spring roll dough
fried oil

sauce: mayonaise
tomato ketchup
sambals
fish sauce
garlic powder
sugar

Directions:
mix all the ingredients
cook with heat
fill the filling into spring roll dough
deep fry with fried oil
for sauce, mix all the ingredients
serve lumpia udang with the sauce
