Tumis bakso sapi dan kembang kol

Sometimes I buy ready use 'bakso'. Very often people misunderstanding to translate bakso into english meatball. But actually they are very different. I tend to agree to translate it into beef balls. Bakso originally from China. 'Bak' which mean meat and 'So' perhaps is ball shaped. This food is very popular in Indonesia. Cauliflower is one of my favourite vegetables since I was a kid. Combination between this two ingredients create a simple dish likely chinese food but so easy to cook even for begineer.

pepper powder

add osyter sauce and pepper powder
