Cah sawi putih bakso sapi

Sawi putih or Nappa cabbage is a type of chinese cabbage originally and widely used in east asia cuisine. In korean cuisine, this vegetable is the main ingredient for kimchi. Cah sawi is a str fry dish mix with various ingredients. I share the simplest cuisine with nappa cabbage.


Ingredients:
Nappa cabbage or sawi putih, cut as taste
garlic, fine chopped
shallot, fine chopped
red chilli, fine chopped
red cayenne pepper, fine chopped
ready use meatballs, cut as taste
egg, well shaken
oyster sauce
salt, blackpepper powder
sesame oil
sugar
margarine
mineral water
cornmeal solution

Directions:
Stir fry with margarine, garlic, shallot, red chilli and red cayenne pepper until it smells good
add meatballs and egg
mix them all
add oyster sauce, salt, blackpepper powder and sugar
add nappa cabbage
add mineral water
cook until the water is less and nappa cabbage is cooked
add sesame oil and cornmeal solution
mix them all
