Dumpling wrapper with chicken and carrot

Dumpling wrapper is commonly used in chinese, korean snack filled by various ingredients. Usually it makes from all purpose flour, salt and water. Today we can find the ready use dumpling wrapper in many store and chinese noddle mill. I share this kind of snack with chicken and carrot as fillings.

Ingredients:
Ready-use dumpling wrapper
chicken thigh, boiled and shredded
carrot, grated
spring onion, fine chopped
garlic, fine chopped
pepper powder
salt, sugar
mushroom bouillon powder
margarine
mineral water

directions:
stir fry with margarine, garlic until it smells good
add chicken thigh and grated carrot
add spring onion
mix them all
add mineral water, just a little to ripen carrot
add salt, sugar, pepper powder and mushroom bouillon powder
mix them all
cook until all ingredient is cooked


Take one piece of dumpling wrapper, add the chicken and carrot fillings
tape the edges of dumpling wrapper using water


Deep fry with fried oil in high temperature 

Serve with instant sambal
