Pepes Tahu (without banana leaves)

Pepes tahu is one of my favourite healthy dish. Made by tahu, in English translate as tofu which is smashed and mix with other ingredients. We can mix with mushroom, dried prawns or any ingredients, but the simplest is we can mix tofu with egg, coconut milk and fresh basil leaves.



Ingredients:
Tofu, Indonesian soybean tofu
Egg
coconut milk
fresh basil leaves
fine spices: shallot, garlic, red chilli, salt, sugar, pepper powder, coriander powder

Directions:
Smashed the soybean tofu and mix with fine spices
add well shaken egg, coconut milk and basil leaves
mix them all
add into ramekin and steam until the ingredients is cooked
