Ingredients:
egg white
salt
big onion, fine chopped
garlic, fine chopped
shallot, fine chopped
sweet soy sauce
directions:
stir fry with margarine, big onion, garlic and shallot
add egg white, salt and sweet soy sauce
mix all the ingredients
