Perkedel Tahu

Ingredients:
Yellow tofu
Corned beef
Celery
egg
Fried oil
Fine textured spices: red onion, salt, pepper and sugar

Directions:
Smashed the yellow tofu, corned beef, slicing celery, fine textured spices and egg
Shaped into flattened round
Fry in the hot oil

Ingredients:
Soybean cake
Salam leaves
galangal
red chilli
salt, sugar
coconut milk
margarine
Fine textured spices: red onion, garlic, coriander, turmeric, shrimp paste

How to cook:
Stir fry the fine textured spices, salam leaves and galangal
Add the slicing red chilli
Add the soybean cake
Add the coconut milk, salt and sugar
Cook until the soybean cake cooked

Sauteed string beans and anchovies dungarees


Ingredients:
String beans cut into short one
cabbage
fried anchovies dungarees
salt, sugar, mineral water and fried oil
Fine textured spices: garlic, red onion, red chilli, green cayenne pepper, turmeric

Directions:
Stir fry the fine textured spices until it smell came out
Add the string beans and cabbage. Cook until all the vegetable cooked
Add salt and sugar and minera water
Add the fried anchovies dungarees. Mixed them all

Oncom Goreng Kencur


Oncom Goreng Kencur

Ingredients:
Oncom
Wheat flour
Instant savoury fritter mix
Spring onion
Egg
Coconut milk
Fine textured spices: garlic, red onion, red chilli, kencur, lime leaves
salt, pepper and sugar

Directions:
Mix the wheat flour, instant savoury fritter mix, fine textured spices and coconut milk
Add the egg
Add oncom and spring onion
Fry the oncom in the flour into the hot oil

Oseng oseng Kentang Ebi

This menu is usually a home dish as the food served with warm rice and side dishes. This menu is quite easy to cook. So, here i share the recipe:

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Ebi (dried little shrimp)
Garlic, red onion
green cayenne pepper
red chillies
mineral water
chicken broth powder
salt, pepper, sugar
margarine

Directions:
Stir fry garlic, red onion, green cayenne pepper, red chilli until the smell came out
Add the dried little shrimp, add the half-fried potatoes
Add some salt, pepper and sugar
Add the chicken broth powder
Put some mineral water and cook until the potatoes and ebi cooked.

This menu was inspired from the same menu that my elder sister cook for her children. The soup is simple, nutritious and delicious. I add some minced shrimp to enrich the taste. The other ingredients are some vegetables and spices which easy to find at the market.

Ingredients:
Carrot
minced shrimp
tomato
chicken broth powder
garlic, red onion
celery
salt, pepper, sugar

Directions:
- Boiled the mineral water, add the chicken broth powder
- Add the slicing garlic and red onion
- Add the minced shrimp. Cook until the shrimp change the color
- Add the carrot
- Add the tomato
- Give some salt, sugar and pepper
- Add the slicing celery

Beef meat in pickling spice


There are many ways in serving beef meat menu. On Indonesian cuisine, there is the famous beef meat menu from Minangkabau, which i already try and share the recipe, Rendang. But of course, thousands of ways serving beef meat will be found in Indonesian culinary and now, i tried this recipe and i want to share with you: Beef meat in pickling spice.

Ingredients:
Beef meat
salam leaves, lime leaves, lime juices
spring onion, red chillies
green cayenne pepper
salt, sugar, mineral water, fried oil
Fine textured mixed spices: garlic, red onion, nutmeg, turmeric, pepper, ginger and galangal

Directions:
- Stir fry the spice, salam leaves and lime leaves until the smell is good
- Add the beef meat, cook until its color change
- Add the slicing red chillies, green cayenne pepper and spring onion
- Add mineral water, salt and sugar
- cook until the flavour seep into the meat
- the last touch is add the lime juice
- mixed them all

Omelet in fried petis sambals

Everyone love omelet! I do so. Even the meal is so simple and less tasty, but most of people love to eat omelet. This session, i would like to share how to enjoy your omelet with one of Indonesian sambals: fried petis sambals. Of course, it enrich the taste of the omelet.

Ingredients:
Chicken egg, salt and pepper powder to make an omelet.
Salam leaves, galangal
red chilli
petis, soy ketchup and brown sugar
Coconut milk
Fine smashed spices: salt, garlic and red onion

How to cook:
Made your own omelet
Stir fry the fine smashed spices, add the salam leaves and galangal
Add the slicing red chilli, petis, soy ketchup and brown sugar
Add the coconut milk
Mixed them all
Add the omelet, mixed them all
And you get your indonesian version omelet.....!


Milkfish in Tauco

Milkfish is an important seafood in Southeast Asia and Pasific islands. Most of seafood lover like this kind of fish because its meat is tasty and yummy. Mostly, milkfish is consumed by frying the Pressure cooked milkfish and enjoy it with sambals. But now, i try to share how to enjoy the authentically indonesian food with authentically ingredient: milkfish and authentically spice: tauco.

Tauco is a seasoning made from soybean which has been boiled, smashed and mixed with flour and then fermentated. It usually use in sundanese culinary to enrich the flavour. So, here i try to share the recipe of milkfish in tauco.

Ingredients:
Milkfish (i used the pressurization milkfish)
Salam leaves, galangal, lime leaves and ginger
red chilli
green cayenne pepper
brown sugar
coconut milk
tauco
fine textured spices: salt, garlic, nutmeg, red onion

Directions:
Fry the milkfish in the hot oil
Stir fry the fine textured spices, add salam leaves, galangal, lime leaves and ginger
Add the red chilli and green cayenne pepper
Put the coconut milk
Add brown sugar
cook until the coconut milk boiled
add the milkfish and mixed them all
