Cheesy Korokke

Korokke (Japaneseコロッケ) is Japanese style of croquette. Instead of using minced ground beef and carrots for filling inside of potato mesh. This croquette using fresh mushroom and tuna for the filling.
Adding grated cheddar cheese for the filling makes this meal so cheesy!


Ingredients:
Potato, steam and mesh
Butter
Fine chopped garlic
Fine chopped big onion
Fresh mushroom ( cloud ear fungus recommended )
Canned Tuna in oil brink
Grated cheddar cheese
Thousand island
Blackpepper powder
Salt
Egg for dipping
Wheat flour
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Stir fry garlic, big onion with butter
Add chopping fresh mushroom, tuna, grated cheddar cheese, thousand island, blackpepper powder and salt
Mixed with mesh potato
Shaped into rounded like patty
Dip into Wheat flour, egg and bread crumbs
Deep fry in the hot fried oil
