Bolognese Bruchetta

Bolognese sauce not only match with spaghetti. We can use the sauce as the topping for bruchetta. Bruchetta is a meal from Italy. Strangely, it used french bread or we called baguette. So, bolognese bruchetta maybe a combination of Italy-French dish. To enrich the flavour, I also using green pepper corn cheese spread and fresh milk.

For the topping, I love to mix cheddar cheese and feta cheese. Feta cheese is made from goat's milk. The textures of the cheese is so mild and creamy. Well, so this is my bolognese bruchetta recipe:

Ingredients:
French bread/ baguette
Green pepper corn cheese spread
Fresh milk
Cheddar cheese and feta cheese
Bolognese sauce: margarine,
chopped garlic
chopped big onion
ground beef meat
Oregano
Blackpepper powder
Instant spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Stir fry garlic and big onion with margarine
add ground beef meat, cook until the meat change color
Add oregano and blackpepper powder
Add instant spaghetti sauce

Cut the french bread into pieces
Mix the green pepper corn cheese spread with fresh milk
Dip the bread to the cheese spread and fresh milk
Add the bolognese sauce
Add grated cheddar cheese and feta cheese for the topping
Bake (for me, with my lovely happycall!)
