I tried to make a simple Thai red curry which only use garlic, ginger, big onion, cinnamon and curry powder as the spices and chicken and cauliflower as the main ingredients.
So here my recipe:
Ingredients:
Margarine
Minced garlic
Minced ginger
Minced big onion
Cinnamon powder
Curry powder
Chicken cut into pieces
Yellow pumpkin
Coconut milk
Mushroom bouillon powder and mineral water
Tomato ketchup
Salt
Cauliflower
Directions:
Stir fry minced garlic, ginger, big onion with margarine.
Add cinnamon powder and curry powder
Mixed them all
Add pieces of chicken
Add coconut milk, mushroom bouillon powder and mineral water
Add tomato ketchup and salt
Add yellow pumpkin and cauliflower
cook until chicken and vegetables are cooked
