Ingredients:
Fried oil
minced chilli
lime leaves
lemongrass
ginger
red snapper fillet
mushroom bouillon powder and mineral water
tomato ketchup
salt and sugar
cornstarch solution
Directions:
Stir fry minced chilli, lime leaves, lemongrass and ginger until it smell with fried oil
Add the red snapper fillet
Add mushroom bouillon powder and mineral water
Add tomato ketchup, salt, sugar and cornstarch solution
cook until fillet cooked and thick
