Red snapper stir fried

Stir fry is one of Chinese cooking technique which is originally all ingredients are fried in a small amount of very hot cooking oil while being stirred in a wok pan. We can use all kind of meat to make a stir fry dish. Today, I use red snapper.

Ingredients:
Fried oil
minced chilli
lime leaves
lemongrass
ginger
red snapper fillet
mushroom bouillon powder and mineral water
tomato ketchup
salt and sugar
cornstarch solution

Directions:
Stir fry minced chilli, lime leaves, lemongrass and ginger until it smell with fried oil
Add the red snapper fillet
Add mushroom bouillon powder and mineral water
Add tomato ketchup, salt, sugar and cornstarch solution
cook until fillet cooked and thick
