Corn Bruschetta

Bruschetta is an antipasto from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper. Variations may include toppings of tomato, vegetables, beans, cured meat, or cheese; the most popular recipe outside of Italy involves basil, fresh tomatogarlic and onion or mozzarella. I tried to make bruschetta with corn toppings. So, here the resipe.

Ingredients:
Beef corned
Chopped garlic
Blackpepper powder
Baguette
Spaghetti sauce
Creamy Corn
Cheddar cheese

Diection
Mixed the corned beef with chopped garlic and blackpepper powder
Stir fry and add spaghetti sauce
Take baguette, fill with spaghetti sauce and corned beef
Add the creamy corn and cheddar cheese on top
Roasted the baguette with happycall until the cheddar cheese melting
