Coco Fiesta


Ingredients:
Cocopandan syrup
UHT Milk
Coconut fruit
Nata de Coco

Directions:
Mixed all the ingredients

Seafood in Tomato Sauce


Ingredients:
Margarine
Chopped garlic
Spring onion cut into fine slices
Seafood (squid and prawn)
Shrimp stock powder
Mineral water
Milk
Tomato ketchup
Dried oregano leaves
Salt, pepper and sugar

Directions:
- Stir fry the chopped garlic and spring onion with margarine
- Add the seafood, pour mineral water and shrimp stock powder
- Pour milk, tomato ketchup, dried oregano leaves, salt, pepper and sugar
- Mixed them all

Chicken Strip Salad


Ingredients:
Chicken Nugget Stick
Carrot cut into matchstick
Kyuri (japanese cucumber) cut into matchstick
Sesame seed
Japanese Mayo Dressing: Mayonnaise, sambals, garlic, sugar, salt and lime juice

Directions:
Deep fry the chicken nugget stick
For dressing, mixed all the ingredients
Serve the carrot, kyuri and chicken nugget stick
Give sesame seed on the top
Enjoy salad with rhe japanese mayo dressing

Longan Cocopandan squash


Longan is a tropical fruit native from southern china. Combine with coconut water and cocopandan syrup, it is makes the refreshing tropical beverage ever!

Ingredients:
Cocopandan squash
Coconut water and the coconut fruit
Longan

Directions: 
Mixed all the ingredients
Enjoy it!

Singapore Garlic Prawn

Singapore cuisine is product cultural interaction influenced by Malay, Chinese, Indonesian, indian and western. Today, my singaporean dish is mostly influenced by chinese cultural which is called singapore garlic prawn. A simple dish and of course, yummy!


Ingredients:
Fried oil
Sesame oil
Minced garlic, ginger and red onion
Prawn
Mushroom stock
Sambal and tomato ketchup 
Salt and sugar
Lime juice
Corn Starch 
Egg, shake it well
minced celery

Directions:
Stir fry minced garlic, ginger and red onion with fried oil and sesame oil
After it smelled, add the prawn, mushroom stock, sambal, tomato ketchup, salt, sugar, lime juice and corn starch
Cook until the prawn cooked
Pour the shaking egg and mixed them all
Give the minced celery for the last touch

Mayonaise Prawn Chinese Cruller


Happy Lunar Year!!!
Today I want to present you a chinese cruller or youtiao. It is a long golden brown deep fried strip of dough eaten in China and south east Asia. In many countries, there are many way to enjoy this meal. Here, i tried to make chinese cruller stuffed with mayonaise prawn.

Ingredients:
Chinese cruller or youtiao or cakwe
Sesame seed
Fried oil
milled prawn
milled chicken meat
egg
corn starch
spring onion
sesame oil
fish ketchup
pepper, sugar and salt
mayonaise
sambals
lime juice
sugar

Directions:
Mixed the milled prawn. milled chicken meat, egg, corn starch, spring onion, sesame oil, fish ketchup, pepper, sugar and salt
Filled the chinese cruller with the mixed prawn
Give the sesame seed on top
Deep fried the stuffed chinese cruller
For the sauce, mixed mayonaise, sambals, lime juice and sugar
Serve the prawn stuffed chinese cruller with the sauce

steamed egg-wrap milkfish


Ingredients:
Milkfish
Egg
Thick coconut milk
Spices: red onion, garlic, nutmeg, galangal, kencur, pepper, lime leaves, sugar and salt

Directions:
Mixed the minced milkfish with egg, coconut milk and spices
Steamed on the steamer until it cooked
Enjoy it with sambal
