Scrambled chicken

Ingredients:
Red onion and garlic, fine slicing
Egg, beating
shredded chicken meat
carrot, thinly slicing
bean sprout
soy bean paste, salt, pepper, sugar
margarine
Directions:
Stir fry the red onion and garlic until it smelled
Add the shredded chicken meat, carrot, bean sprout
Add soy bean paste, salt, pepper, sugar
Mix them all
Add some mineral water
Cook until it cooked
Add the beaten egg

Chicken and Squid Rolade

Ingredients:
minced chicken
squid
garlic powder, fish sauce, salt, pepper, sugar
white glutinous rice flour
egg
sesame oil

Directions:
Mix the minced chicken, squid, garlic powder, fish sauce, salt, pepper and sugar
Mixed them all
Add the white glutinous rice flour, egg and sesame oil
Mixed them all
Wrap with plastic wrap
steamed until cooked

Corned beef macaroni


Ingredients:
Margarine
Fine chopped big onion
Wheat flour
liquid milk
boiled macaroni
diced carrot
salt, pepper, nutmeg powder
Corned beef
Cheese

Directions:
Stir fry the fine chopped big onion with margarine
Add wheat flour and pour the liquid milk little by little
Add the boiled macaroni, diced carrot, salt, pepper, nutmeg powder, corned beef and cheese
Mixed them all



Empal Gepuk

Ingredients:
Beef meat
Mineral water
salam leaves, lemongrass
salt, pepper, brown sugar
coconut oil
fried oil
Fine textured spices: red onion, garlic, red chilli, green cayenne pepper, nutmeg and coriander powder

Directions:
Boiled the slicing beef meat with mineral water, salam leaves and lemongrass until the beef meat cooked.
Mix the cooked meat with fine textured spices, salt, pepper, brown sugar and stew water.
Add the coconut milk. Cook until the coconut milk absorbed
Fry in the hot fried oil

Sayur Gili

Ingredients:
Spinach
Salam leaves
red chilli
salt, sugar
coconut milk
chicken broth powder
white glutinous rice flour
Fine textured spices: red onion, garlic, galangal, lime leaves, shrimp paste
Directions:
mix the  fine textured spices with white glutinous rice flour
Boil the chicken broth powder with the fine textured spices
add salam leaves and slicing red chilli
add the spinach
put the salt and sugar
add the coconut milk
mixed them all and cook until it cooked

Pickled milkfish

Ingredients:
Pressurization milkfish
green cayenne pepper
salt
brown sugar
mineral water
fried oil
Fine textured spices: red onion
                          garlic
                             nutmeg
                              turmeric
Directions:
fry the pressurization milkfish in the hot fried oil
stir fry fine textured spices, add the slicing green cayenne pepper
add some mineral water, salt and brown sugar
cook until it boiled
add the milkfish
mixed them all
