Javanese noodles with chicken stock


Ingredients:
Fine smashed spices: salt, garlic, shallot, candle nut
spinach noodles
chicken stock
egg
tomato, fine chopped
leek, fine chopped
sugar

directions:
stir fry with margarine, fine smashed spices until it smelled
pour chicken stock
add egg, well beaten
add spinach noodles
cook until the noodles is cooked
add tomato and leek
add sugar
mix them all
serve warm is better

Brown rice with carrot and cheese


Ingredients:
already cooked brown rice
fine chopped carrot
shallot, fine chopped
canola oil
chicken stock
lemon juice
blackpepper powder
cheddar cheese, grated
tomato sauce

directions:
preheat canola oil
stir fry shallot
add fine chopped carrot
add brown rice
pour chicken stock and lemon juice
add blackpepper powder
add grated cheddar cheese
add tomato sauce
mix them all
cook until all ingredients are cooked and the water reduced

simple mexican brown rice


ingredients:
brown rice
chicken stock
fine minced garlic
fine chopped tomato sauce
fine chopped red paprika
canola oil

directions:
preheat canola oil on the pan
add brown rice and chicken stock
add garlic
add tomato sauce and red paprika
cook until all ingredients are cooked

Jamur Tiram dan teri medan kuah Telur


Ingredients:
osyter mushroom, fine chopped
egg, well beaten
medanese anchovy
fine smashed spices: shallot, garlic, salt
sugar, pepper
mineral water
margarine

directions:
stir fry with margarine the fine smashed spices until it smelled good
add medanese anchovy
add oyster mushromm
add mineral water
add sugar and pepper
if the oyster mushroom already cooked
add well beaten egg
cook until all ingredients are cooked

Baby corn and tofu stir fry


Ingredients:
baby corn, cut into small pieces
local tofu, cut into small squares
chilli and red cayenne pepper, fine chopped
shallot, garlic, minced
bay leaves
brown sugar
sweet soy sauce
salt and pepper
sugar
margarine
mineral water

directions:
stir fry with margarine, shallot and garlic
add chilli and red cayenne pepper and bay leaves
add baby corn
add mineral water
cook until the baby corn is cooked
add local tofu, add brown sugar and sweet soy sauce
add salt, pepper and sugar
cook until all ingredients are cooked and the mineral water is reduced

Rempela Ati Ayam Masak Kecap

Ingredients:
Rempela and Ati Ayam (Chicken's liver), boiled first then cut into small pieces
garlic, shallot, salt
lime leaves
sweet soy sauce
margarine
mineral water

directions:
fine smashed the spices: salt, garlic and shallot
stir fry with margarine the fine spices
add lime leaves
add rempela and ati ayam
add mineral water
add sweet soy sauce
cook until rempela and ati ayam is well cooked and the water is reduced


Baby corn and red paprika stir fry


Ingredients:
Baby corn, cut into small pieces
carrot, cut into small pieces
red paprika, cut into small pieces
garlic, fine chopped
spring onion, fine chopped
salt, sugar, pepper
oyster sauce
mushroom bouillon powder
mineral water
margarine

directions:
stir fry with margarine, garlic until it smells good
add baby corn and carrot, add mineral water and cook until the vegetables are cooked
add red paprika, spring onion, salt, sugar, pepper, mushroom bouillon powder and oyster sauce
mix them all
cook until all ingredients are cooked and the water is reduced
