Brown rice with carrot and cheese


Ingredients:
already cooked brown rice
fine chopped carrot
shallot, fine chopped
canola oil
chicken stock
lemon juice
blackpepper powder
cheddar cheese, grated
tomato sauce

directions:
preheat canola oil
stir fry shallot
add fine chopped carrot
add brown rice
pour chicken stock and lemon juice
add blackpepper powder
add grated cheddar cheese
add tomato sauce
mix them all
cook until all ingredients are cooked and the water reduced
