Javanese noodles with chicken stock


Ingredients:
Fine smashed spices: salt, garlic, shallot, candle nut
spinach noodles
chicken stock
egg
tomato, fine chopped
leek, fine chopped
sugar

directions:
stir fry with margarine, fine smashed spices until it smelled
pour chicken stock
add egg, well beaten
add spinach noodles
cook until the noodles is cooked
add tomato and leek
add sugar
mix them all
serve warm is better
