Rempela Ati Ayam Masak Kecap

Ingredients:
Rempela and Ati Ayam (Chicken's liver), boiled first then cut into small pieces
garlic, shallot, salt
lime leaves
sweet soy sauce
margarine
mineral water

directions:
fine smashed the spices: salt, garlic and shallot
stir fry with margarine the fine spices
add lime leaves
add rempela and ati ayam
add mineral water
add sweet soy sauce
cook until rempela and ati ayam is well cooked and the water is reduced
