Bengkuang ca

Ingredients:
Jicama cut into small pieces like fire match
carrot cut into small pieces like fire match
dried shrimp
spring onion cut into small pieces
garlic, minced
salt and pepper

directions:
stir fry garlic and dried shrimp until it smelled good
add jicama and carrot
cook until the vegetables is cooked and limp
add salt and pepper
add spring onion





Ikan Bakar saus Tiram


Ingredients:
parrot fish
shallot, garlic
turmeric, ginger, salt
sweet soy sauce
lime juice
oyster sauce

directions:
clean the fish
smashed salt, shallot, garlic, turmeric and ginger
marinate the fish with the smashed spice
keep it for a while
add lime juice
prepare your happycall pan, give a little bit vegetable oil
make mixed sauce with sweet soy sauce and oyster sauce
basting the fish with mixed sauce
grill until the fish is cooked

Creamy chocolate pudding with no agar-agar/jelly powder



Ingredients:
 5 cups Fresh milk
1 cup wheat flour
1 spoon cornstarch flour
1/2 cup sugar
85 gr milk chocolate
4 teaspoon choco powder

directions:
melted milk chocolate, add choco powder, mix them
add fresh milk, wheat flour, cornstarch and sugar into the pan, mix them quickly in medium heat
add chocolate and mix them all
cook until all ingredients mixed and thicken
pour into cup, and place them into refrigerator
serve cold is better

Potato
Carrot
Broccoli
Beef Meat broth
Salt

Directions:

Tumis Ayam kemangi Pedas (spicy chicken stir fry with basil leaves)

Ingredients:
Margarine
Lemongrass
Boneless breast chicken cut into small pieces
fish sauce
brown sugar
mineral water
snapbean, cut into small pieces
fresh basil leaves
spices: red cayenne pepper, red chilli, shallot, garlic, ginger, salt

Directions:
stir fry with margarine, the spices until it smelled
add lemongrass
add chicken
add fish sauce, brown sugar and mineral water
cook until the chicken is cooked
add snapbean and fresh basil leaves
mix them all
