Prawns in tomatoes sauce


This is the delicious simple dish and usually eat well with hot rice.

Ingredients:
Margarine
Fine chopped shallot and garlic
Prawns
Tomato ketchup
Fish sauce
Ebi (dried little prawns) stock powder
Salt, sugar
Corn starch in water solution

Directions:
Stir fry the fine chopped shallot and garlic in margarine
Add the prawns
Pour the tomato ketchup and fish sauce
Add the ebi stock powder, salt and sugar
pour the corn starch in water solution
mixed them alll
cook until the prawns cooked
