Asian Spicy Chicken


Ingredients:
Chicken boneless breast
Sambals
Sugar, blackpepper powder, salt
Salty soy sauce
Oyster sauce
garlic
Fried oil
Corn starch in water solution

Directions:
Slice the chicken boneless breast into 1/2 cm width
Mixed the sambals, sugar, blackpepper powder, salt, salty soy sauce, oyster sayce and garlic
Marinate the chicken with the mixing sauce
Let it stand on refrigerator for a while
Cook the chicken with marinate sauce until the chicken cooked
Serve the chicken boneless breast with the thicky sauce

Tofu Steak


Ingredients:
Tofu (silken tofu)
Margarine
Boiled pakcoy
Marinate spices: tomato ketchup, oyster sauce, salty soy sauce
fine chopped garlic, fine chopped ginger
pepper powder, lime juice, salt

Directions:
For marinate spices: mixed all the ingredients
Coat the silken tofu with marinate spices and let stand for 30 minutes
Heat the margarine and cook the silken tofu until both side cooked
Serve the silken tofu with boiled pakcoy

Crunchy fried fish


Ingredients:
Fried fish fillet
Red sauce: - fried oil
- fine chopped garlic
- fine chopped big onion
- fine chopped ginger
- Shrimp stock powder
- mineral water
- sambals
- tomato kethup
- soy sauce
- corn starch in water solution
spring onion and chilli

Directions:
Serve the fried fish fillet in the plate
For the red sauce, stir fry the fine chopped garlic, big onion and ginger with fried oil
Add the shrimp stock powder and mineral water
Add sambals, tomato kecthup, soy sauce
Add some corn starch in water solution to thickening
Cook until the red sauce cooked
Serve the fried fish fillet with red sauce and spring onion and chilli
