Baked Potato

Baked potato is a simple baking food using potato and serve with fillings like melting cheese. I use my happycall as baking pan as usual :)

So here my simple baked potato recipe:

Ingredients:

Potato

Slice cheese

Spread cheese

Blue cheese mayo

Directions:

Scrub clean potato clean, you can use toothbrush to clean the skin

Wrap with alumunium foil before bake

Bake with happycall for 30 minutes

For making melt cheese, mix slice cheese and spread cheese 

cook with low heat

pour into baked potato

Serve baked potato with blue cheese mayo
