Chinese omelette with crab sauce



Egg foo young is a chinese omelette dish. This omelette is prepared with beaten egg filled with various ingredients which i choose to fill it with minced big onion and carrots. I want to cook this simple dish with crab sauce with peas. So here the recipe:

Ingredients:
Margarine
Fine minced garlic
Fine minced big onion
Squares cut of carrots
Beaten eggs
Blackpepper powder, salt and sesame oil
Corn starch flour and wheat flour

Crab sauce ingredients:
Margarine
Minced garlic
Ginger
Crab meat
Sugar and salt
Tomato ketchup
Peas
Mushroom bouillon
tapioca starch mixed with water

Directions:
for the omelette:
Stir fry garlic and big onion with margarine
Add the carrots
Add the beaten egg
Add blackpepper powder, salt and sesame oil
Add the corn starch flour and wheat flour
Mixed them all
Cook like a pancake

For the crab sauce:
Stir fry garlic with margarine
Add the crab meat, tomato ketchup, ginger, sugar, salt, peas, and mushroom bouillon
Cook until boilled
Thicken with tapioca starch solution

Serve the chinese omelette with crab sauce
