lumpia


Ingredients:
Ready use spring roll dough
Square cut carrots
Minced shrimp
Milk with wheat flour
square cut tofu
bean sprout
Salty soy sauce
sesame oil
dried shrimp stock powder
Sugar
Fine spices: shallots, garlic, pepper and salt

Directions:
Stir fry fine spices with margarine
add the carrots and shrimp, cook until the minced shrimp cooked
add the milk and wheat flour which is already solute in mineral water
Add the tofu and bean sprout
add salty soy sauce, sesame oil, dried shrimp stock powder and sugar
Cook until all the ingredients cooked
Fill the filling to spring roll dough
Deep fried the spring roll
