Grilled Tuna

Tuna is a saltwater fish which is commonly cook in entire world. This kind of fish rich of omega-3 fatty acids and protein. Tuna can be served as grilled or fried or many ways of cooking. I try to make easy grilled tuna which using barbeque sauce for the marinade. Here the recipe:


Ingredients:
BBQ sauce
Lime juice
Sugar
Fine chopped garlic
red chayenne pepper
Tuna steak

Directions:
Mixed bbq sauce with lime juice, sugar, garlic and red chayenne pepper
Marinate tuna steak with sauce and let it stand for a while
Grilled Tuna with a little bit margarine in happycall

Taoge Masak Kecap

Bean sprouts commonly known as healthy food rich of vitamin E, vitamin C, low fat, folic acid and protein. I would like to share this simple menu using sprouts as main ingredients. This menu called Taoge Masak Kecap (Sprouts in Soy Sauce).


Ingredients:
Margarine
Fine chopped garlic
Dried little prawn
Soy sauce, salty soy sauce
Pepper powder, sesame oil, salt and sugar
Bean sprouts
off beaten egg
Spring onion
Spring roll pastry

Directions:
Stir fry fine chopped garlic and dried little prawn with margarine
Add the soy sauce, salty soy sauce, pepper powder, sesame oil, salt and sugar
Add the sprouts, give a little cup of mineral water, cook until the sprouts cooked
Add the egg, spring onion and spring roll pastry which shaped into roll
cook until all cooked

Corned Chicken Nuggets

Everyone knows corned. It's one of popular canned food and served in many ways. Today I try to make instant meal with corned chicken called corned chicken nuggets. Simple with minimalis flavour and easy to cook.


Ingredients:
Chicken corned
Salt, pepper powder
Fried fine chopped garlic
Smashed biscuit
Shaking egg
Fried oil

Directions:
Mixed the corned chicken with salt, pepper powder and fried fine chopped garlic
Add the smashed biscuit
Shape into balls
Give the shaking egg for cover the balls
Fry with fried oil in medium heat

Italian Shrimp Fettuccine

Italian cuisine is one of international populair cuisine in the world. Most of people know italian food such as pizza, spaghetti, ravioli, lasagna and many more.
Pasta is one of my favourite meal from Italy. Combination of pasta and varoious sauce and ingredients make it worth to eat for lunch or dinner.
Today, I try to make Italian pasta with Shrimp as main ingredients. It called Italian Shrimp Fettuccine. Just simple dish, easy to cook and as always, yummy!


Ingredients:
Fettuccine
Margarine
Fine chopped big onion
Minced garlic
Shrimp
Spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Boiled the fettuccine until it cooked with a little bit fried oil and salt
Stir fry minced garlic and fine chopped big onion with margarine
Add the shrimp and cook until it cooked
Add the spaghetti sauce and give a cup of mineral water
Add fettuccine and mixed them all

Tuna and Beans in Milky Sauce


Ingredients:
Margarine
Fine chopped garlic
Wheat flour
Milk
Pepper powder, salt and sugar
Canned Tuna
Peas
Whole Kernel Corn

Directions:
Stir fry fine chopped garlic with margrine
Add the wheat flour and milk and cook until thick
Add the pepper powder, salt and sugar
Add canned tuna, peas and whole kernel corn
Mixed them all
cook until it all cooked
