Pepes Tahu Ikan Asin Peda


Ingredients:
Mashed Tofu
Mashed salted peda fish
beef bouillon powder
spring onion
Fine texture spices: garlic; red onion
    red chilli, green cayenne pepper
shrimp paste, brown sugar

Directions:
Mix the mashed tofu with mashed salted peda fish and fine texture spices
add the slicing spring onion and beef bouillon powder
mixed them all
wrap and steam until it cooked

Fried Vermicelli with beef corned and carrot


Ingredients:
Red onion, garlic both fine sliced
Beef corned
Carrot
chicken broth powder, salty soy sauce
salt, pepper, nutmeg powder
mineral water
vermicelli
celery

Directions:
Stir fry red onion and garlic
Add the beef corned and carrot
add chicken broth powder, salty soy sauce, salt, pepper and nutmeg powder
Add mineral water
Cook until the carrot cooked
Add vermicelli which has been brewed with hot water
Add the slicing celery

BBQ Grilled Shrimps


Ingredients:
Shrimps
Lemon juice
Salty Soy Sauce
Tomato Sauce
Honey
Margarine
Black pepper

Directions:
Coat the shrimps with lemon juice, salty soy sauce, tomato sauce, honey, margarine and black pepper
Mix them all
grilled the shrimps while smeared with the spices

Shrimp Balls


Ingredients:
Miller shrimps
corn starch
egg
chicken broth powder
salt, pepper, sugar

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients with food processor
shape it into balls
fry on the hot fried oil
serve with sambals
