Hawaiian chicken salad

I never imagine that chicken salad will taste good for breakfast until I try this recipe today.

Ingredients:
Boiled chicken, shreded
Sweet kernel corn
Green paprika
Cherry tomato
Big onion, chopped
Spring onion, chopped
Salt, blackpepper powder
Mayonaise

Directions:
Mix chicken, corn, paprika, cherry tomato, big onion and spring onion
Add salt and blackpepper powder
serve with mayonaise

Grilled sandwich

Grilled sandwich is one of simple, healthy, quick meal and can be eaten anytime. My grilled sandwich recipe is the simplest one.


Ingredients:
Whole wheat bread
Lettuce
Kyuri
Tomato
Chicken burger patty
Thousand island

Directions:
Basting bread with thousand island
Heap lettuce, kyuri, tomato and chicken burger patty between the bread
Grilled

Fruit salad


Never refuse fruit salad! Mixing fresh fruit which is colorful and rich of nutritious is the simpel way to enjoy the day. So many type of fruit salad and mine is Waldorf style. Using of mayonaise based sauce ( I choose thousand island).
Ingredients:
Apple
Watermelon
Strawberry
Kiwi
Grape
Orange

Dressing: Thousand island

Directions:
Cut all the ingredients into pieces
Mix them all
Serve fruits with dressing salad

Fish cake in special sauce

Fish cake, almost same as fish fritter in fish and chips, the difference is in this meal, fish meat is mashed and mix with other ingredients. Mostly similar to nugget. I use mackerel fish which is commonly use in any meal.


Ingredients:
Butter margarine
Minced garlic
Minced carrots
wheat flour
fresh milk
mashed mackerel fish
grated feta cheese
blackpepper powder
nutmeg powder
salt
beaten egg
bread crumbs
fried oil

special sauce:
Thousand island
chili sauce
blackpepper powder

Directions:
Blend garlic, carrots and mackerel
Stir fry with butter margarine
Add fresh milk, feta cheese, blackpepper powder, nutmeg powder and salt
Add wheat flour
mixed all the ingredients
steam, shape into balls
dip into beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs
deep fry fish cake
for the special sauce, mix all the ingredients

Serve fish cake with special sauce

Fish and chips

Fish and chips are popular dish from scotland, England. First time i ate fish and chips? XXI movie studio. It became one of my favourite fast food anyway. When i try to cook this meal, I never expected how easy and simple the dish is. Any fish can be used. I choose dory fillet this time. This kind of fish is yummy, light taste and melt with cheese.


Ingredients:
Dory fillet
Slice cheese
salt
blackpepper powder
beaten egg
bread crumbs
fried oil

Fried chips

Mayo and yogurt sauce: mayonaise
plain yogurt
grated big onion
dried chilli powder
sugar
salt

Directions:
Fill dory fillet with slice cheese, add salt and blackpepper powder
dip into beaten egg and bread crumbs
deep fry dory filler and chips
for sauce, mix all the ingredients
Serve fish and chips with mayo and yogurt sauce

Cheese Burger

Who doesn't love cheese burger? Traditional way to put slicing cheese on the top of burger patty and grill together until the cheese melting.... hmmm.... so Yummy! Adding cheese into burger become popular in the 1920s to 1930s according to wikipedia.


Ingredients:
Burger bun
Margarine or butter
Chicken burger patty
Slice cheese
Lettuce

For the sauce: Thin chopped of zukini
Chopped big onion
Mayonaise
Blackpepper powder
Sugar

Directions:
Basting happy call with margarine
Cut into two pieces burger bun
basting with margarine
Grill with happycall
Grill chicken burger patty and slice cheese
Add patty, cheese, lettuce and the sauce between the bun
For the sauce, mixed zukini, big onion, mayonaise, blackpepper powder and sugar

Creamy Potato Salad


Ingredients:
Potato
Mayonaise
Plain yogurt
Mustard pasta
Blackpepper powder
salt
Chicken burger patty
red paprika

Directions:
Boiled the potato cut into squares
stir fry little cutting of chicken burger patty and red paprika
For salad dressing, mixed mayonaise, plain yogurt, mustard pasta, blackpepper powder amd salt
Mixed potato, chicken burger patty and red paprika
Add the salad dressing
Mixed them all
